The DOOR JAMB / DOOR FRAME are manufactured from solid timber that has been finger-jointed/edge glued, pre-coated with thin gesso, water base primer.

Moisture content: Kiln dried to a moisture content of 12-14%

Demension tolerance: +-0.3mm
Surface: Holes or defects can be filled with a timber filler/putty prior to painting smooth&clean, no machine marks, color difference, knots oiling

2) it's specially processed, steaming in high temperature.

3) it's stable and not easy to be deformed, moth-proof, damp-proof

4) it's covered with gesso prime or can be painted exclusively with watercraft painting or oil painting.

5) the glue is e1 grade.

6) the moisture is less than 12%.

8) package: Carton box, pvc shrink film, plywood pallet.
